Job Responsibilities

As our Remote Customer Success Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Support & Engagement:

    • Assisting clients with inquiries and providing timely, helpful responses.

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

    • Gathering feedback from clients to help improve our services.

  2. Onboarding Support:

    • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process.

    • Ensuring clients have the resources they need to succeed with our services.

    • Coordinating with internal teams to address client needs.

  3. Manage Company's social media presentation such as facebook, Youtube, Instgram and X.

    • Assisting in managing the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content.

    • Engaging with followers, monitoring interactions, and providing feedback to the marketing team.
